Upload offline conversions and enhanced conversions through the Google Data Manager events:ingest endpoint, to Google Ads conversion actions, Campaign Manager 360 / DV360 Floodlight activities, or Google Analytics properties. Events are matched by click ID (gclid, gbraid, wbraid, dclid) or hashed user identifiers (email, phone, address), with value, currency, transaction ID, cart data, and consent. For straightforward Google Ads offline conversions prefer data_manager_upload_offline_conversions; use this operation for CM360 Floodlight, Google Analytics, multi-destination, cart data, custom variables, or encrypted identifier cases. Offline conversions cannot be uploaded through gads_mutate. Conversion actions are created with gads_create_conversion_action
