Updates ad schedule (day and time targeting) and optional schedule-level bid adjustments / modifiers for Google Ads campaigns. Sets which days and hours ads should run and can increase or decrease bids by percentage for each schedule. Replaces all existing ad schedules.

bid_modifier	number	No	-	Optional bid adjustment percentage for this schedule. Use positive values to increase bids and negative values to decrease bids. Example: 20 means +20%, -15 means -15%. Allowed range: -90 to 900.
