Create Single Image Ad - Markifact

Creates a complete Reddit single image ad in one operation: the ad post (creative) and the ad itself in an ad group. Takes an image URL, headline, destination link, and call to action. Ads are created PAUSED by default. Find profile IDs with reddit_ads_list_profiles.
