Permanently deletes X (Twitter) ads (promoted posts), one or many at once

Permanently deletes X (Twitter) ads (promoted posts), one or many at once. X has no pause for ads, so DELETED is the only supported status; re-promote the post with x_ads_create_ad to resume it.
