Retrieve ad set settings and configuration from Meta Ads including budget, targeting, optimization, bid strategy, and all ad set-level settings. NOTE: All monetary fields (daily_budget, lifetime_budget, budget_remaining, daily_spend_cap, lifetime_spend_cap, daily_min_spend_target, lifetime_min_spend_target, bid_amount, and all bid_info_* fields) are returned raw from Meta in the account’s minor currency units (cents for USD, e.g. 10000 = $100). Divide by 100 to get dollars. When passing values to update_adset_budget, use the dollar value (not the raw cents value).
