Creates a DV360 Customer Match audience from emails, phone numbers (hashed automatically), or mobile device IDs. Target it via dv360_edit_line_item_targeting; audiences may take up to 12 hours to populate.

consent_ad_user_data	string or SelectableOption	No	-	Optional consent for ad user data. Options: ‘CONSENT_STATUS_GRANTED’. DV360 rejects uploads with denied consent, so leave unset if consent is not specified.
